Varna South Bay Seaside Residence is the third of three projects under construction in the bay area right to the south of Varna. The three projects are located on the same plot of land and just under 800 luxury beach front condominiums in total are being constructed there - Varna South Bay Beach Residence, Varna South Bay Park and Beach Residence and Varna South Bay Seaside Residence. Varna South Bay Beach Residence is the biggest and currently most advanced of the three and will be complete in 2013.

The project is divided into 201 apartments ranging in sizes from 60 sq. meters to 300 sq. meter penthouses with a total residential area of 26,000 square meters and another 500 square meters allocated for commercials.
