The Greenville Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge crossing the Mississippi River between Chicot County, Arkansas and Washington County, Mississippi. Its main span and approach spans were constructed from August 2001 to April 2006, then the bridge was opened to traffic in August 2010 when the approach viaducts were constructed. Its construction cost was $250,000,000. The bridge has 4 lanes (2 in each direction) and carries U.S. Route 82 and U.S. Route 278. It was designed by HNTB Corporation.

The Greenville Bridge has a length of 2,559 ft (780 m) (13,560 ft (4,133 m) if the approach viaducts are included), a main span of 1,378 ft (420 m), a width of 88 ft (27 m), a height of 426 ft (130 m), and a clearance of 122 ft (37 m) below the deck.
