Marcus Hook is a station along SEPTA's Wilmington/Newark regional rail line and Amtrak's Northeast Corridor. While it owns the tracks, Amtrak trains do not stop here; only SEPTA serves this station.

Located at 12th and Washington Streets in Marcus Hook, the station acts as the southernmost terminus of the R2 line for select weekday trains, most Saturday trains, and all Sunday/major holiday trains.
