Many of St. Pete's restaurants and nightlife spots are located on the outside of this quad. You can eat at the Oyster Bar, Lucky Dill Deli, Z grille, and Fortunatos, and enjoy the nightlife at the Cigar Bar, the Garden, Bishops Tavern, the Independent, and Fortunatos After Dark.

The Jannus Landing Courtyard in the middle is the venue of choice of many traveling music acts. Forming the courtyard to the South is the Detroit Hotel, the first hotel in St. Petersburg.
