At 225 feet, this is one of the top 20 tallest multi-storey buildings in the city behind Beetham Tower at 427ft and Alpha Tower at 328ft. It loomed over the infamous Masshouse Circus.
Mainly used for commercial office space where you can ‘have a desk for a day or an office for 25 years’, it was originally built as the headquarters of HSBC in 1973.
It has 21 storeys, four 16-person lifts, bike storage, showers and on-site parking.
Each floor has 5,750 sq ft of space and office sizes range from 300 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft.
Companies based there over the years include The Sigma Financial Group, criminal defence and immigration solicitors Cartwright King, recruitment specialists Niyaa People and Unison.
It was renovated in 2009 at a cost of £7.5 million.
