Designed by Clarence Wunder in 1929 to house the former Bonwit Teller & Co. luxury department store. This 10-story building was later occupied by Daffy's until it close due to bankruptcy. It has since been converted into apartments with a location of Nordstrom Rack occupying the ground floor retail space.
