Rotary International District 3020 constructed 65 houses for the Tsunami-hit Magasanitippa island under the stewardship of past governor Tikku. Rotary clubs of Konaseema-Muramalla and RC Tamworth (England), The Rotary Foundation, AP State Housing Board and East Godavari District administration were co-particpants. Villagers donated voluntary labor. The colony was constructed in the shape of Rotary Wheel. (Picture to be updated)
