10-story Neo-classical office building completed in 1897. Designed by Ralph S. Townsend, the building is faced in Indiana limestone, brick and terra cotta, and is six bays wide. The piers are rusticated up through the 7th floor, with triangular-pedimented double entrances flanking the ground floor storefront. The four center bays on the 2nd floor are framed in brown cast-iron with decorative patterns. The piers have capitals at the top of the 2nd floor with Greek-fret designs. There are dentiled cornices above and below the 2nd floor. A balustraded stone balcony supported by brackets spans the four middle windows of the 4th floor, with two smaller balconies at the outer windows of the 4th floor. These windows have stone enframements and triangular pediments on top. The piers framing the outer bays on the 4th-6th floors have patterned banding. The center section on floors 5-7 have carved terra-cotta panels at the piers, and carved swag in the spandrels.

2-story round-arches with keystones encompass the windows on the 8th-9th floors, with a balustrade across the base of the middle windows, and more carved terra-cotta in the spandrels between these two floors. The building is crowned by a red modillioned and dentiled roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Vince Camuto shoes and handbags, and an AT&T store.
