This sequence of curves is a fun place to drive your car hard to test its handling ability. Be careful though LaSalle Police like to hang out in a few area blind to traffic on this highway looking for speeders. Speedlimit is 50km/h but should be 80km/h with the 4 lane divided highway. Named for Turkey Creek that passes under the bridge at the entrance to this section when traveling into Windsor.

  • I don't want to sound like a downer, but this is a pretty bad peice of advice. This is a horrible place to test the handling ability of your vehicle, as both sides of the road are packed with houses that are 50 feet from the curb. Since you are not likely to be a professional driver, you may loose control of your car and travling 80kph, will in no way be able to stop in 50 feet. Hence the 50 kph speed limit. Also, I have never heard of this stretch being called Turkey Creek Complex living in the city my entire life..but I may be wrong.
  • I've never heard it called that either. I'd also be careful driving around this curve, LaSalle Police are the most strict in the entire County.
