Constructed in 1993 as DNN Galvanizing the plant provides a single line hot dip galvanizing service. It is 50% owned by Dofasco Steel of Hamiltion and 50% by JFE Steel of Japan. It produces approximately 400,000 tons of hot dipped galvanized sheets per year for the automotive industry.
