This exhibit is located in Building 21561 in the Base boat basin. The display is maintained by the Assault Amphibious School Battalion.

The museum highlights the service of the "Alligator" Marines during the amphibious assaults of World War II and the Korean War.

Erected in 1945, this Quonset hut has "YAT-YAS" painted in red letters on it.
YAT-YAS is an acronym used by Am-trackers to proclaim their superiority to all other life forms.
