190-foot, 14-story office building completed in 1926. Designed by Charles A. Platt, it is clad in buff-colored brick above a 3-story limestone base. The north facade is five bays wide, while the east facade has six bays; two of these bays are slightly narrower - the 3rd bay from the north, with the main entrance, and the southernmost bay. These bays have three windows at the 2nd & 3rd floors (a wider center pane and narrower end panes), while the others have four windows (two wider center panes). The rest of the ground-floor bays are filled by storefronts. There is grey-brown metal framing on the windows of the 2nd & 3rd floors, and the base is capped by a simple stone cornice.

The brick upper floors have paired windows in each bay, and brick quoins at the edges of the facades. The southernmost bay, located outside the quoins, extends up only to the 5th floor, mirroring the low wing of the neighboring building. The rest of both facades sets back above the 10th floor, where there is a stone cornice. The 11th floor is only slightly set back at the ends, but further in the center of the east facade and the west half of the north facade. The cladding matches the floors below, and it is topped by a metal railing. The 12th floor also sets back further at the west half of the north facade, and at the ends of the east facade. A green copper cornice surrounds the 13th floor, and a tall penthouse floor with a smaller copper cornice tops the building. There are several bays of windows on the south elevation overlooking the neighboring building.

The ground floor is occupied by Panera Bread, Woori America Bank, and E-Smoke & Convenience.
