One Kennedy Square is a highrise office building in Downtown Detroit, Michigan. It stands on the former site of the old City Hall. Ernst & Young occupies most of the building. It was constructed from 2005 to 2006. The 10-storey building has a height of 56 m (184 ft) and is capped by a prominent spire that measures 73 m (240 ft) which is lit up at night. The 3 basement floors contain a pre-existing parking garage with 460 spaces. It also contains a restaurant. The building's floor area is 254,315 sq ft (23.077 sq m).

One Kennedy Square was designed in the Modern architectural style. It has a translucent emerald green tinted glass facade and a prominent glass screen at the top of the front facade. S. Kenneth Neuman designed the building, REDICO was the developed, and Spender Dailey, Inc. was the construction manager.
