This building is an office building however appears as a casino or hotel. The sign that is on the building is of a mosaic production and has never been cleaned or removed. Therefore it retains its original 1950s character. The building is very art deco despite being built in the 1950s. It features numerous set backs near the top however these are on the Navigation Street side, a side detested by many due to the lack of windows and large number of grills for air conditioning fans.
