RTC Pass-in-Review Graduation ceremony. Maybe it changed, but when i went thru here in 1997, the grinder was used during the warmer months and the Drill hall was used during winter months to keep everyone out of the snow, and boy we had 6 ft of snow when i graduated. Shoveling was not fun!!
