2-story nightclub and music venue originally completed in 1919 as part of the adjoining building to the east. Designed by Joseph S. Maher as a garage, its facade was re-clad in white stone blocks when it was first converted to its present use and opened as the Highline Ballroom. The facade was again remodeled in 2013, separating it from the supermarket next door. It is now clad in black brick covered in the middle bay a row of ten vertical steel-mesh bands that then angle sharply outward above the ground floor, then angling back in just above the entrance, which has four metal-and-glass doors. The Highline Ballroom since closed, and the venue reopened as Racket NYC in 2023.
