27 hole masterpiece designed by Toomey & Flynn is the months just before the Great Depression of 1929. The elevation changes on the course, especially from one side of the fairway to the other make this a challenge, because a ball hit in the middle of the fairway often ends-up down in the rough. The membership is diverse, but favors those who know how to strike the ball. The club also has other facilities for use by families, such as a swimming pool.
