Mine Yunkom (Bunhe)

Founded in 1908 by Russian-Belgian Society in territory, rented from Bozhkivka peasants. The mine was build for Petrovsky metallurgy plant (now Yenakiieve MP). First coal was got in 1911, since 1912 started to work in full capacity. Was named Bunge mine after Andrey Bunge, head of the Society. In 1924 renamed by Soviets into 'Yunkom' (Yunyi Kommunar - 'young communard').

On the 16th of September 1979, at Yunkom mine an underground nuclear explosion was set off ("Object Klivazh").
Inoprerable since 2001, just water hoisting is conducted.
