    Thopucherla is one of the back ward village in andhrapradesh , it is located in the district of nalgonda , due to the ignorance of the people , and over intelligence of the leaders the village has become like this , the most intresting thing of the village is you can't find any person who has grown to the heights of power , popularity or money and who command the whole village , you cant find a terribly bad leader , person , or group in the village every one is a mediocre in his part of life , i dont know whether the same condition can be seen in any other village or not , some people mention some one's name and escape saying that i am not responsible for this , but barely the transperrant fact is that this situation is not due to some , some group or some political party , this is the sin made by every one .
