Madgulapally is in Thipparthy mandal located on Narketpally to Addenki Road. It is sub-connected to many surrounding villages and it is a major bussiness centre accommodating many retail shops. Agriculture is the major source of income. Due to its geographical location the village has remained undeveloped from past many years. Initiatives in developing the village has started from past few years. Nabard work has helped in improving the aminities in the surrounding villages. The mandal now has drinking water facility.
