Dameracherla is mandal HQ (mdl code-50) in Nalgonda Dt, AP. There are 18 villages in this mandal & the villages are:1 MULKA CHARLA, 2 BALEEN PALLI, 3 CHITYALA, 4 ADAVI DEVULA PALLI, 5 ULSHAYA PALEM, 6 TIMMAPUR, 7 KALLE PALLY, 8 DILA WARPUR, 9 KONDRAPOLU, 10 KESAWAPUR, 11 DAMERACHERLA, 12 NARSAPUR, 13 VEERLA PALEM, 14 MUDIMANIKAM, 15 KOTHA PALLI, 16 THALLA VEERAPPA GUDEM, 17 IRKIGUDEM, 18 VADA PALLI
Damaracharla is one of the biggest mandal's in Nalgonda District. Ramchander Rao Chakilam was once patawari here. It is famous for large number of stone and granite mills (Napa ralla factories). This mandal is near to Raasi Cement Factory (now India cements) which is one among the biggest cement factories in ASIA.

  • I studied in Damaracherla for one year (1982), Govt.School, people in Damaracherla are good, as whenever i go there for my vacation, i used to receive all the inquiries from my near and dear. My friends are Nagireddy, Veerakoti Reddy, Padigapati Shyam, P. Balakoti Reddy, and P. Veerakoti Reddy; i like Bazarayya also. Stone mills are the assets for the people in Damaracherla. Chemical factory has been shutdown.

With existing Assets it will be more popular...and Most of the people move towards Damaracherla for the sake of employment...
