The city takes pride in the restored Theological Seminary, in which young people receive a very solid humanitarian and theologian religious education. The building is from the period after the Liberation in 1878, and it was designed by the known Italian architect Mariano Pernigoni. It is in the neoclassical style, eclectic and an imitation of the European models with added romantic elements. The Seminary is within the system of the Holy Synod of the Orthodox Church. It educates about 130 students per year.
