6-story office building completed in 1909. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein as a store-and-lofts building, it is clad in buff-colored brick above a ground floor of metal, brick, stone and glass, that is lined with storefronts and topped by a broad, black iron cornice. The upper floors are four bays wide on the west elevation, each with double-windows, and five bays along West 21st, with an additional bay of single-windows near the center. The double-windows bays have metal mullions.

On both main facades, the 2nd floor is banded and has a patterned band course below the 3rd floor. The windows on the 3rd-5th floor have splayed stone lintels with keystones. The roof line is a simple parapet, and there is a black metal fire escape running down the westernmost bay on the north side. The exposed eastern elevation is clad in plain brown brick with no openings. The ground floor is occupied by Animal Hospital of Chelsea, Momoya sushi, and Hisako salon.
