Known also as Schaser house, after the 19th-early 20th century owner, or ''The Red house''.
Present day building resulted from the unification of two 14-15th century houses (one situated towards Huet Square), unified during the 16th century.
During the 18th century the second storey and mansarded roof is added, being transformed into Baroque style. In the 19th century the body situated north is constructed.
The building retaines medieval and Renaissance substance in the cellar, ground and first floor (masonry, vaults, door frames).
During 2003-2006 large scale renovations are carried out, the building being transformed into a hotel with restaurant, bar and tourist info office.
