Protected swimming area

Please note that the lifeguards normally watch only a certain territory and swimming outside it is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The buoys mark the area outside of which you are, legally speaking, on your own (which of course does not mean that nobody helps you if they see you're in danger... but they have to see you're in danger to begin with!
Apart of a (very low) chance to step on a poisonous spiky fish (really low) or get a sun stroke, you can be pulled by the wind/current to the nearby Albania, and that will mean trespassing the border, which would be especially difficult for you if you are in the nude - and with no papers. So sticking to the designated bathing/suntanning area would be advisable.
