The District of Shkodër (Albanian: Rrethi i Shkodrës) is one of the thirty-six districts of Albania, part of Shkodër County. It has a population of 150.000 (2010 estimate), and an area of 1,631 km². It is in the north of the country, and its capital is Shkodër.
The district consists of the following municipalities:

* Bushat
* Dajç
* Gur i Zi
* Hajmel
* Postribë
* Pult
* Rrethinat
* Shalë
* Shkodër
