The Guardian Building is one of the most significant Art Deco skyscrapers in the world. It was built in 1929, for the newly formed Union Trust Company. It features Pewabic tile on its interior and exterior and has Tiffany glass inlaid in the elevator doors. The recently renovated building features a retail promenade and flexible office space.
