Former ExxonMobil Chemical Company Headquarters and Conference Center, this was the HQ not of the main company, but their chemical subsidiary. They moved to The Woodlands and vacated this site Jan. 2014. The site will be redeveloped.

The site has entrances from both Memorial Drive and the Katy Freeway (I-10) access road. The official street address is 13501 Katy Freeway.
