A large residential condominium development on the site of the former Canada Foundry Limited. The development is only half complete, with brand new townhouse units on the north side having already been occupied, while the south and east side, which comprises a large factory structure, is being retrofitted into residential lofts. The property is owned by The Brownstone Group of Companies.

Established in 1902 and in business for several decades, Canada Foundry Limited produced railway locomotives.
