Along the north beach of Sts. Constantine and Helena resort town, this locality was previously known as Kokodiva (a Thracian place name of an ancient settlement) and Sanatoriuma (The Sanitarium). It has four hotels and one apartment building (inside the marina). Manastrirski Rid villa community is seen on top on picture 1. All resort is owned by Plovdiv's businessman Georgi Gergov.
