  Formerly an elite resort, now an overbuilt and overcrowded town, this place clearly shows the shortsightedness and arrogance of the Bulgarian criminal "businessmen". The Burgas Regional Inspectorate for Protection of Environment allowed the marshland of Slanchev Bryag to be dried and built upon. Now, the dunes around are scheduled to be sold out. The tourists who currently come to this resort are mainly retired ladies, Germans and Russians seeking cheap vacation and a quite high number of drug addicts. Similarly to Nesebar which it has actually engulfed, Slanchev Bryag has a record of racial-motivated attacks on tourists: two Swedish tourists of African origin were beaten at a Slanchev Bryag disco.

  Blacklist - this is bulshit! Those turists got overdrunk and attacked the staff. Слънчев Бряг famous among young people, not old.

  Nice place! Good restaurants, the beach is clean and the sea is as well. Good entertainment on the boulevard of Sunnybeach (also very cheap), like a 5D-cinema, a rocket simulator, cocktailbars, swimming pools, water sports, gambling, supermarkets. There are nice possibilities for people of every age. In the area there are also cultural seeings, like the old city Nessebar, with an old castle, amphitheatre, small and old stress and nice tourist and local shops. Recommended: Aquaparc Nessebar
