This bridge carries westbound Interstate 64 over Greenbrier River and County Route 38 (Stone House Road). It is a five span, steel girder and floorbeam bridge with concrete deck built in 1967. There is no direct connection between Route 38 and Interstate 64 at this location. It is named for Ralph Eugene Pomeroy, a Medal of Honor recipient who was killed in action in the Korean War.
