210-foot, 19-story modernist residential building completed in 2010. Designed by Perkins Eastman, it is clad in grey metal and blue-tinted glass. The main entrance is near the east end of the north facade on 14th Street, with glass double-doors below a suspended glass canopy. There is a metal service door on the left, and the rest of the ground floor is lined with plate-glass storefront windows.

The upper floors have bands of metal panels between floors, with additional, thinner bands separating short lower window panes across most of the facade on the 2nd-8th floors, and across the full north facade on the floors above. The main window bands alternate wide and narrow glass panes, spanning seven bays across the north facade. There is a setback above the 13th floor, except for a small section at the west end that extends three more floors before setting back.

On the narrow west facade the window bands wrap around from the north corner, and there is a bay of single-windows to the south. The east and south secondary facades are plain concrete, with a few bays of small windows. The building contains 47 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Medrite Urgent Care.
