This is a (partially folded) diamond service interchange between U.S. Route 19 and U.S. Route 60 (Midland Trail) in Hico, West Virginia. The northbound ramps are in a folded, or loop ramp, configuration and all ramp terminals are stop-sign controlled. The interchange was constructed around 1970 along with U.S. Route 19 (Corridor L) and has not been significantly modified since.
