This is a partial (half) diamond service interchange between U.S. Route 19 and West Virginia Routes 16 and 61 (Pea Ridge Road / Lundale Drive) in Oak Hill, West Virginia. It is the northern end of an overlap between Routes 19, 16, and 61. It only provides access to and from U.S. Route 19 in the southern direction. The interchange was constructed around 1961 along with U.S. Route 19 (Corridor L) and has not been significantly modified since.
