This is a diamond interchange between Interstate 81 / U.S. Route 58 and Secondary Route 611 (Spring Creek Road) between Bristol and Abingdon, Virginia. It also provides access to U.S. Route 11 /19, which is just north on Route 611. It was built around 1961 along with I-81 and has not been significantly modified since.
