This is a parclo type A interchange between Interstate 81 and U.S. Route 11/58, east of Abingdon, Virginia. This is the northern/eastern end of the US-58 and I-81 overlap and the southern/western end of the US-58 and US-11 overlap. Eastbound US-58 uses and outer connection ramp and westbound US-58 uses a loop ramp in the interchange. The interchange was constructed with I-81 around 1961 and has not been significantly modified since.
