185-foot, 14-story Postmodern office building completed in 2024 for Okada & Co., a developer. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, it occupies a narrow lot which replaced a low-lying silver/tchotchke shop. The exterior is clad in light beige brick on the north and south elevations, and the edges of the main west-facing elevation, with banded end piers at the ground floor. Between these piers is infill of dark-grey metal framing and four windows above the entrance's glass double-doors with narrow sidelights, as well as a retail glass door on the left, and another window on the right. A small metal canopy covers the main doors.
Between the brick edges the upper floors have four bays of windows each with three stacked panes, set in dark-grey metal framing with a somewhat industrial feel. At the top floor there are six narrower windows, and a three-tiered dark-grey metal cornice.
At the front of the north and south side elevations, the brick facade begins to angled back and gently recede from above the 2nd floor. Asit does, it exposes more of the metal assembly from the front facade the higher it goes. Narrow windows appear at the 7th window (as space allows), growing gradually wider at each floor, until by the top floor the side window has reached the same width as the main windows on the front facade.
There are no other openings on the north elevation, but behind the diagonal line at the front, the south elevation has two bays of single-windows, as well out outlined frames indicating blind openings where no windows are actually installed. Two wooden water towers are visible atop the roof parapet.
The ground floor is occupied by Arabica Coffee.
