223-foot, 18-story self-storage building completed in 2023. Designed by Mancini Duffy Architects, it was built for Public Storage, but Manhattan Mini-Storage took over operation of the building shortly after. The 180,000-square-foot structure contains 6,300 storage units.

Except for the ground floor, the windowless front facade is clad in grey pre-cast concrete and metal paneling. The ground floor has five wide bays, with two smaller bays interspersed. These all have large windows, except for the end bays that are filled by dark-grey metal panels, and the 3rd bay from the east, which has a large vehicle entrance with a roll-up door. There are black metal louvers above each bay.

At the upper floors the metal paneling is horizontally corrugated, and is located above the western three bays and the east end bay. The other three bays are concrete, with an imprinted grid pattern of small, recessed squares, three across per bay. Above the first setback, the grid pattern discontinues. There are four setbacks before the roof line, and the building is topped by a pair of wooden water tanks. Just above the ground floor is a large yellow sign on the left, reading "manhattan mini storage", and on the right are three large, square panels - the middle one with a large QR code, and the other two with yellow horizontal corrugations. The side elevations are plain, light-grey concrete.
