10-story postmodern office building completed in 1989. It is clad in light-grey brick above a 3-story base of grey granite. The base is organized into three bays, with the entrances in the wider center bay. Here the ground floor has two recessed sets of steel-framed glass double-doors set in glass surrounds, separated by a slender granite column, and flanked by a pair of wider, darker grey granite columns. The 2nd & 3rd floors have bands of six windows in white metal framing, with darker grey granite spandrels between floors. The outer bays have double-windows, and there is a black granite water table at the sidewalk level.

The upper floors have single-windows at the south end, with the rest of each floor consisting of a band of nine windows. The southern two-thirds of each spandrel between floors is of dark-grey granite instead of brick.
