6-story mercantile building completed in 1901. Designed by Henry Anderson, it has rusticated limestone outer piers framing a central section of projecting bay windows. These have mostly been modernized with large plate-glass center windows, and narrower, angled side windows divided by silver aluminum pilasters and spandrels. All of the spandrels are covered by signage, but at the top two floors, the original black cast-iron spandrels are still visible at the angled edges, decorated with Greek-fret motifs. The top floor also retains the original black iron pilasters and mullions at the windows. Additional signage is affixed to the outer piers, and the facade is crowned by a bracketed, modillioned and dentiled roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Shanghai Mong Asian Bistro; its entrance at the right side is under a canopy that extends out onto the sidewalk.
