125-foot, 13-story early-modernist cooperative-apartment building completed in 1955. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman, it is clad in dark-red brick. The ground floor is light-grey granite, with darker granite at the center, where there is a recessed entrance with glass double-doors, down a step from the sidewalk. There is also a paneled, blue-grey wooden door near the south end, accessing a commercial space occupied by Murray Hill Podiatric Associates, and a set of steep steps at the north end to a basement entrance, below a double-window. The entrance bay and adjoining recessed window bay to its right are both covered by a dark-grey metal marquee.

The upper floors have four bays of triple-windows, with white brick piers separating them at each floor, and double-window end bays, in aluminum framing. The facade is dotted with protruding air-conditioning units. There is a shallow setback above the 12th floor, with the four middle bays at the 13th floor slightly projecting and set in light-grey metal surrounds.

The building was converted to a co-op in 1986, with 99 apartments.
