4-story residential building completed around the 1880s. It is clad in white stone with a metal-and-glass storefront on the ground floor, and a glass door to the upper floors on the left. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows; those in the north bay are shorter, with stone sills, and air-conditioning vents cut below them. A black metal fire escape runs down the south two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, dentils, and various ornamented panels. The ground floor is occupied by Tipsy Shanghai restaurant.
