556-foot, 43-story postmodern residential building completed in 2018 for BLDG Management. Designed by Handel Architects with interiors by Lemay + Escobar, the building is rotated and meets the sidewalk at a 45-degree angle, setting it apart from other buildings and allowing its residents more natural light. It is clad in a silvery-blue glass curtain wall, with projecting balconies with glass railings at every third floor. The angle permits a circular driveway on 44th Street, at the rear of which is a ramp down to the underground parking garage.
At the ground floor, the rear part of the angled northeast wall is clad in black stone, with a glass wall at the front, and across the narrow north facade facing 44th Street, where the tower is fronted by a wide set of steps. At the lower floors, two enormous columns faced in stainless-steel are visible at the front corners, behind the glass curtain wall. In between them is a revolving door and a traditional glass door. A matching set of doors is placed in the angled northeast glass wall. A projecting, silver metal canopy tops the ground floor. Near the top, there are notched indentations on the long southwest- and northeast-facing sides.
The south facade on 43rd Street has a podium base, projecting out and reaching three floors at the west half, and shorter at the east., where the southeast corner of the tower rises flush from it. The west half of the podium has a row of vertical steel louver panels at the tall ground floor, interrupted by a pair of garage entrances at the west end. The 2nd & 3rd floors project out above, with silver metal paneling enframing a 2-story glass curtain wall, with the angled southwest face of the tower rises above and behind it.
The building contains 429 apartment units. The interior was used as a filming location for S5E4 of the Showtime original series "Billions".
