213-foot, 20-story modernist residential building completed in 2018. Designed by Rawlings Architect, it is clad in variegated grey-brown brick, glass, and metal. The 2-story base is three bays wide, with the ground floor having storefronts in the southern two, and the main entrance in the northern bay, with a glass door and windows featuring an intricate screen pattern. The 2nd floor has a wide band of windows divided into narrow panes by grey metal mullions.
Above the base the northern bay is set back, with a narrow window pane abutting the rest of the non-recessed facade. The southern section is divided into two parts by a brick pier, each of which is divided by a narrow metal pier into two bays of casement windows four panes wide (except the northernmost one, which is five panes wide). The panes are separated by grey metal mullions, and the middle ones in each bay are further divided horizontally. This section is also grouped into 2-story units by horizontally-ribbed brick spandrels across every other floor (with thin metal spandrels between the other floors).
Above the 14th floor the facade (except for the recessed north bay that continues upward) is changed to a wide window band at the north part for the 15th-17th floors (above which is sets back), and a southern part that sets back and has three bays similar those below separated by metal mullions.
The south elevation is a plain brick wall with no openings. The building contains 74 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by One Medical.
