297-foot, 32-story modernist hotel completed in 2010. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it was built together with the adjoining hotel to the east, and both buildings shared the same tower crane during construction. The narrow facade is clad in tan brick above a ground floor with a glass curtain wall framed by an white metal panels extending out toward the sidewalk, forming a canopy. The main entrance with glass double-doors is on the left, framed in stainless-steel and covered by a stainless-steel canopy that extends out farther than the rest of the ground floor's metal panel framing. There is a secondary entrance glass door at the far right side.

The upper floors have two bays of narrow offset double-windows with thinner inner panes, set in black metal framing.
