297-foot, 33-story modernist hotel completed in 2009. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it was built together with the adjoining Fairfield Inn, using the same tower crane. Both have the same basic shape but with differing colors and facade patterns. The ground floor is clad in black metal with a silver steel canopy over the central entrance and west side. To the east there is a bright yellow cube projecting out and enclosing planters in front of a glass and metal wall.

The tower portion is set back above the base, clad in black brick. There are four bays of double-windows with black metal air-conditioning vents below them. There is also a glass curtain wall section at the 2nd-4th floors, and extending into the middle bays of the 5th & 6th floors as well. The glass curtain wall cladding reappears at the top floors, extending down another two floors at the middle bays. A prominent, projecting yellow cube juts out from the west end of the north facade at the top.

The main roof line is set back, one floor higher, and topped by mechanical equipment, matching the rooftop of the neighboring hotel to the east.
