8-story storage building completed in 2020. Designed by Sullivan, Gouette, & Wilson, it is clad in metal paneling in shades of grey. The north and south ends set back above the 6th floor, and both have a bay of large 3-over-2 windows near the west ends. The ground floor on the north side has two large bays of windows, and both north and south facades have a metal-and-glass garage door below the window bay. The east and west elevations have large window bands across the top floor.
