7-story modernist residential building completed in 2005. Designed by Gerner Kronick + Valcarel, it is clad in textured, grey pre-cast concrete and glass, spanning 10 bays. The end bays and middle four bays are set back from the building line, but have concrete balconies with glass railings projecting out, beginning at the 3rd floor. The facade has filigree incisions on parts of the façade that Randolph Gerner, the architect, said were based on the Fibonacci sequence.

The main entrance, spanning the two center bays, has a revolving glass door and traditional glass doors, topped by a metal marquee extending from a marble panel. Small shrubs in front of the facade on either side are contained by blue metal fencing. The double-windows in each bay have navy blue metal framing, with a short pane below one of the main panes, and above the other, and each double-window is flanked by a pair of narrow, white, vertical metal panels. The projecting bays end above the 6th floor, creating a pair of large terraces with glass railings; there are no other balconies at the top floor. There is a landscaped roof deck topping the building.

The building contains 66 condominium units.
