It is clad in brownstone above a stuccoed ground floor (painted yellow), and a 2nd floor (originally the parlor floor) that has added a projecting, beige-grey metal bay window. It angled ends both have one window section (consisting of a small double-window below an upper pane), and the front-facing middle facet has two such window sections The bay window is capped by a small, sloped metal roof. Below, there is a residential entrance on the left, next to another door to the ground-floor commercial unit, with a plate-glass window on the right.
The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with simple sills. The facade is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with elaborate console brackets, dentils, and ornamented panels. The ground floor is occupied by Ippodo Tea.
